Dr. Christy Westen Presents our Plant Grounding Experiments at the 2011 Longevity Now Conference
Dr. Christy Westen presents our sunflower and daffodil bulb experiments at the 2011 Longevity Now Conference. The experiments on grounding sunflowers and other plants have amazing parallels to grounding humans.
I found this earthing experiment really interesting and tried to repeat it at home.
I used two identical glasses with equal amounts of water, equal number of flowers and all stems cut to the same length. Both were stood on a non conducting surface indoors and one was grounded using an earthing cable, which we checked was working.
The first time I did this experiment, the metal tip of the earthing rod that I had connected started rusting, the water turned cloudy and the earthed flowers died faster. I put this down to the rust so I repeated the experiment using a copper wire. Both sets of flowers lasted for nearly two weeks and then decayed equally with no visible difference between the two.
As you have done this experiment successfully, I wondered if you had any ideas why the grounding did not have the positive effect I expected? Perhaps there are other factors at play that I did not account for.
